– the color-glad Indian celebration of the love

About me

to: My Yoga path ...

My love belongs to the beauty and the awe-inspiring divesity of Grandmother Earth. It is in honour of her that I bear my Medicine name Qu´ja, which means: She who is on the path, she who walks in light, she who dances in the female heart.

After venturing twice into the world of academia (preliminary studies in physics and medicine, followed by many years’ work in the medical sector) my shamanic-beating heart was able to prevail. I have been studying with various shamanic teachers for fourteen years and continue to learn.

I have been teaching in the field of physical knowledge for over 28 years and turned towards Yoga, Breathwork and Physical Therapy 17 years ago.

I met my Yoga Master, Yogi Hari (Florida, USA), whose style of Yoga (Sampoorna Yoga) I have taught since then, seven years ago.

I travel regularly to the USA and to India for the purpose of further study.

As a qualified teacher of Yoga and Autogenetic Training (member of BDY, BYV, YA-USA) I give training and workshops with various focal points. Additionally, I hold lectures on anatomy and other subjects.

I have learnt several shamanic trance and ecstasy-inducing techniques and I research and teach many different approaches to dissolve and let go of physical blocks and behavioural patterns.

I conduct a variety of seminars, including advanced education seminars for therapists, yoga teachers and for all those interested here in Germany and overseas. I also offer private lessons relating to all areas of my accumulated knowledge and experience.

I am a celebrant of healing ceremonies, rites of transition, naming ceremonies, weddings and other ceremonies of growth for groups or individuals.

In 2003 I released my first CD of Mantras and American Indian songs - with further CD’s planned in the future.
