Yogic Intestinal Cleansing

This year you will once again be given the opportunity to undergo a deep and, at the same time, uniquely gentle cleansing. Be immersed in this special time of sensing, experiencing and collecting yourself.

Shankprakshalan, saltwater cleansing, is an ancient yoga technique whereby drinking a specially prepared, saltwater solution is combined with simple, specific yoga exercises.  The water is flushed through the intestines and eliminated from the colon. A rest period follows this cleansing and the day will conclude with a special, vedic meal.

A wonderful feeling of lightness, clarity and equilibrium will be a very noticeable effect over the following weeks. The saltwater cleansing is accompanied by a 10 day vegetarian diet. Shankprakshalan can serve as an ideal starting point for a fast if you choose to abstain from the vedic meal. You will receive more detailed information upon registration.
